Yumi Kitazawa works as a nurse. One morning on her way to work, a man covered in blood falls in front of her. She is surprised, but calmly brings him to the hospital where she works. After treatment, the man is unharmed. The man gives a beautiful ring to Yumi, who is devoted and kind-hearted. Yumi is concerned about the man's occasional unexplainable comments, but other than that, her days are peaceful. One night, however, a huge monster suddenly appears in town and begins to rampage!
