Penal Code Article 176 (Indecency with Force): A person who commits an indecent act by means of assault or intimidation against a person 13 years of age or older shall be punished by imprisonment with work for not less than six months and not more than 10 years. The same shall apply to a person who commits an indecent act against a person under 13 years of age. Article 177 (Forcible Sexual Intercourse, etc.) : A person who commits an act of sexual intercourse, anal intercourse or oral intercourse (hereinafter referred to as "sexual intercourse, etc.") with a person 13 years of age or older by assault or threat (2) A person who has engaged in sexual intercourse, anal intercourse, or oral intercourse (hereinafter referred to as "sexual intercourse, etc.") with a person 13 years of age or older by means of assault or threat shall be guilty of sexual intercourse, etc. and shall be punished by imprisonment with work for a limited term of not less than five years. The same shall apply to a person who has sexual intercourse with a person under 13 years of age.
