Yuzu, a patient who has not had a bowel movement for a week, visits a clinic. The nurse in charge of the examination cannot hide her interest in Yuzu's body and carefully palpates her nipples, vagina, and anus. First, she tries to give an enema of slightly warm water with a 200cc cylinder enema machine. A simple toilet is prepared for the reason that the nurse checks the anus during excretion.
